I'd like to offer a review of an energy healing tele-class I recently participated in called ''Chinese Energetics''.
I've worked as a Spiritual Teacher, Counselor And Healer since 1997, & have studied & trained in many holistic healing methods. Some of the most effective modalities I've come across include; EFT, TAT, Seemorg Matrix Work, Peat & The Spiritual Technology Of Zivorad Slavinski--(all energy psychology based approaches) as well as John Ruskan's Emotional Clearing Work, NLP, Hypnotherapy , Matrix Energetics, and the Yuen Method.
Paul Wong, instructor of Chinese Energetics, is highly trained and skilled in the Yuen Method, which forms the foundation of his own healing system. I took his tele-class to gain some additional distinctions and refinements in my own understanding of the Yuen work, and was not disappointed.
In his Chinese Energetics Tele-Classes, Paul lays out a very simple, very effective & very fast way of ''deleting'' difficult emotions--and their causes. The beauty of this method is its ease & simplicity. You learn very quickly how to find & delete the causes of emotional disturbance & distress ''on the spot''. I experienced a number of notable shifts in emotional issues i was working with over the course of the call, as Paul or one of the participants used the Chinese Energetics methods to detect & dissolve the cause of the emotions. It was definitely impressive. I was also impressed with how quickly i witnessed the other participants shift their emotional states during the class. Whether it was myself facilitating their process, Paul, or another student, rapid emotional clearing took place for everyone on every issue. This included one person having a pretty heavy state of hopelessness arise during the call. No question, the Chinese Energetics/Yuen Method approach offers tremendous benefits for rapid resolution of difficult emotional states.
Paul himself is a natural & skillful teacher. His style is very clear, easy to understand & straightforward. He is very good at making complex concepts simple to learn & apply, & has a great knack for making the learning experience enjoyable & fun. He pays a lot of attention to detail, & will go over everything with you until you really get it & feel comfortable not only with understanding the material, but applying it as well. He is definitely among the most skillful teachers and practitioners I've encountered, & over the last 20 years, that's been quite a few.
One of the big differences between the Chinese Energetics/Yuen Method approach, and some of the others designed for emotional healing work (such as EFT, NLP, Hypnotherapy), is speed. This is definitely the fastest method i have seen at creating changes in a person’s state. 15 years ago, I'd do NLP & think ''how could it get any faster than this?''. 7 years ago, i asked the same question with EFT & The Energy Psychology Techniques. Well, guess what? It just got faster again. Now, we're just talking about emotions here, but everything I'm saying about this method is just as applicable to physical pain & health issues. It really does have enormous potential to help people at many levels.
One of the benefits of learning the method from Paul is his understanding of the many ways it can be applied. For example, he provides a ''map'' of many different layers & levels of causes that could be affecting & influencing a person’s emotional state then shows how to very methodically & precisely determine what those are and resolve them. He certainly opens your mind to the dazzling amount of possibilities the method holds, yet also shows just how simple & easy it is to use. Also, of all the instructors who ive seen present the Yuen Method, Paul definitely covers it in the most thorough and in depth manner. He definitely expanded my vision of the system and filled in some important pieces for me.

Paul, I wanted to let you know how much I have enjoyed your first 3 teleclasses. I had heard good things about the Yuen Method, and wanted to incorporate it into my medical practice, along with a lot of other mind/body techniques including energy healing, NLP, regression-based hypnosis, and EFT. What I loved about your teleclasses is that you have boiled down a lot of the Yuen Method to its useable essentials, and then you teach it in a very experientially-based manner. All of us students were able to immediately use the techniques on each other (with your supervision), and all of us "got it" easily and quickly.
When I actually started using Chinese Energetics in my office, I was blown away by the speed and efficacy of the technique. Based on just taking your first two teleclasses, I was able to start using the technique immediately, with about 70% of patients having a very favorable response. I worked on a number of tough issues including severe epigastric pain (resolved in 2 minutes, the next day was still 85% resolved), a nurse with chronic nagging left shoulder pain, that after a week was still 50% improved, a clinic assistant with an acute sinus headache and pressure that she initially rated an 8/10 and that cleared in 2 minutes with no return of symptoms when I followed up 6 days later. Additionally, I worked on the foot pain of one of our housekeeping staff (that was about to send him out on disability) and the pain immediately disappeared and hasn't returned at 2 week followup. One of my neighbors, a big, tough, boisterous guy came to my office in tears from severe right eye pain that he had woken up with that morning, and which he said felt like needles sticking him in the eye, and he also had marked tenderness all around the outside of the orbit, although the eye and surrounding tissue appeared normal on examination. We cleared all his pain and sensitivity in 2 minutes, and at 2 day followup all the symptoms were gone. There were a host of other problems I worked on with about 15 patients and results are almost magical.
Also, the healing is not linear, but happens instantaneously with patients feeling changes in their bodies. This method is literally "quantum healing in action", and is a paradigm shift from anything else out there that I am aware of. And its clearly fast enough to be used in a busy medical office. I would recommend your teleclasses to anyone wanting to learn this method. Be warned, though, once you start incorporating this technique and principles into your life, things will never be the same!!
